1. Subscription Services
VetWave Pro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As our services are digital and non-tangible, we generally do not issue refunds once the subscription period has started. However, we are committed to clinical satisfaction and handle disputes on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your clinic will maintain access to all professional features until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
3. Service Disruptions
In the rare event of a prolonged service disruption caused by our infrastructure, we may provide service credits to affected clinical partners. These credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
4. Setup Fees
Any one-time setup fees involved in custom integrations or personalized data migration are non-refundable, as they represent manual labor performed by our Sri Lankan technical team to prepare your clinical environment.
