VetWave Pro is a clinical management tool. Users must be qualified veterinary professionals or authorized clinical staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of clinical records and the professional handling of patient data.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Your clinical data belongs to you. VetWave Pro provides the infrastructure to manage this data securely. We do not claim ownership of your patient records. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, VetWave Pro is provided "as is." We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the continued excellence of our clinical tools.
